These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our software‑as‑a‑service platform (“Service”), which helps individuals manage co‑parenting communication and documentation. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

Juno is a SaaS platform that provides tools to support safe, compliant, and effective communication between separated parents or caregivers. We offer features such as message logging, tone analysis, and evidence‑ready documentation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must ensure your account information is accurate and up to date.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• Applicable laws (especially family and privacy laws),
• These Terms, and
• Our Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not:

• Reverse‑engineer, duplicate, or exploit our platform without permission.
• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

• We respect your privacy. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• All communication data is stored securely and is accessible only to you and authorized recipients.
• Juno does not access your private content except as required to provide the Service (e.g., AI processing) or as required by law.

6. Subscription & Billing

Certain parts of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to:

Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Your subscription will auto‑renew under the same terms unless you or we cancel it.

Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through account settings. No refunds for the remaining period, but you retain access until the end of that period. In‑app cancellations must be made via the relevant app store.

Payment
You agree to provide and maintain accurate billing information. Payments are processed through third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google). By using these, you accept their terms.

Modification of Fees
We may change fees at any time; changes take effect at the end of your current period. We’ll notify you in advance, and continued use implies acceptance.

Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable. Some refunds may be considered case‑by‑case. In‑app refunds follow the store’s policies.

Free Trials
We may offer free trials. Unless you cancel before trial end, you’ll be billed at trial close. Trials may be modified or canceled at any time.

Promotions
Promotions are subject to their own rules, which prevail in case of conflict.

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of any intellectual property rights in your content (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant Juno a limited license to store and protect it on your behalf and to use it solely for operating and improving the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Juno platform—excluding user‑generated content—including trademarks, software, and documentation.

9. Modification and Termination of Services

We may add or remove features, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Or for any other reasonable grounds, with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time via your user settings.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juno and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimer

Juno provides communication tools but does not provide legal advice. We make no guarantees regarding the admissibility of documentation in any jurisdiction. The Service is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juno is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll notify you via the app or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts of competent jurisdiction.
